The starting time of the Fins, set for 6.10 pm couldn´t have be planned more perfect. They entered the W.E.T. Stage to live up on their own name. But tha fact that they were playing in a tent didn´t make it easier. The sun could not be swallowed that easily. The melancholic doom/death metal which vocalist Mikko Kotamäki brought out just perfect, could not deploy all his power and effect because of the just mentioned circumstances, though a fair crowd watched the show. So you had to close your eyes and imagine a dark foggy live club to really feel the melancholic lyrics on your own body. Those high potentials would have been much more impressive in the middle of the night, at fullmoon. SWALLOW THE SUN should be well known by every friend of dark sounds.
