Our rental plots in Bauer Uwes Garten are the perfect solution for all those who can't arrive at the W:O:A at the same time as their friends and who still want to camp together!
Here you also have the possibility to book one of the sought-after rental toilets (the Metal Mobile WC).
Bauer Uwes Garten is located at the edge of our camping area, so that accessibility with vehicles is possible all the time and not only on a certain day.
Our Metal Mobile WCs used to be sold by lot due to the high demand. Now we bundle the toilets on one area, which allows us to have much more available. Therefore, the lottery is no longer necessary.
The lots replace the previous group reservations. Instead of calculating individual sizes and having to mark them out at great expense, there is now only one uniform size - anyone who needs more space can simply book several plots together. You can also combine plots with and without MMWC.
The first 500 plots are avalaible for an early bird price!
FAQ about the plots
No! Although each person needs their own Wacken Open Air 2023 ticket to camp in Bauer Uwes Garten there is no need to book a plot per person.
Each plot is approx. 6 x 8 meters. How many people can be accommodated on a plot depends on the size and number of your vehicles and your equipment (tents, tables, chairs, etc.)! Everything must be accommodated on the respective booked plot.
We recommend an occupancy of one vehicle and up to five people per plot. But of course, there are many different possible combinations. For example, if you travel with a caravan including a small awning and a car, the plot is fully occupied. Or if you come with two tents, a car and booked a MMWC, the pitch will be filled as well.
If you need more space, you can of course book several plots.
No, electricity is not provided on these plots.
But you are allowed to bring aggregates up to 2KW under the conditions according to the GTC.
All cars, mobile homes and campers may be parked; like the rest of the W:O:A campsite.
The vehicles must have liability insurance, an official registration number and an inspection sticker and must not have any defects that could endanger the environment or health.
Vehicles over 7,5t as well as agricultural tractors, tractors or other heavy equipment are not allowed.
Please also bear in mind that the plots are directly adjacent to each other and there is no maneuvering area beyond the plot size except for the access roads.
An access to the area is possible from Monday, 31.07.2023, from 3:00pm.
You can arrive within a group at different times. The filling will be done on a first come first serve basis. The person who arrives first from the group and is the first to occupy the booked plot and must have all booking documents on hand.
Those arriving later will then ask their group for the already occupied plot.
Please make group bookings of several plots via one buyer. Alternatively, you can also book plots individually. But please make sure that the first one to arrive has all the plot tickets with them.
In general, we cannot guarantee that plots booked together will always border directly on each other - interruptions, e.g. due to rescue lanes, are possible.
It is very important to us to ensure that you and any group latecomers can arrive at any time. In order to make this possible, the areas must meet certain traffic requirements. Accordingly, we have chosen an area on the eastern edge of the site that is easily accessible at all times.
FAQ about the rental toilets (MMWC)
The Metal Mobile WC is an additional option for the Bauer Uwes Garten plots. When booking a plot, you can add one or more toilets to the order.
A booking without a corresponding plot is not possible.
No, if you don't have the need, you don't have to book a portable toilet. As in all camping areas, shared sanitary facilities are also available in Bauer Uwes Garten.
Yes, it is possible to book more than one MMWC.
In all probability, the MMWC will already be set-up when you arrive at your plot. If this is not the case, the MMWC will be delivered on the day of your arrival!
In principle, we clean the toilets only after your departure, because many groups do not need any intermediate cleaning.
If your MMWC has to be emptied during your stay, you have the option of booking an interim cleaning on site. This is possible via the hotline and for a small fee, which you can pay in cash and on site.
No, you have to take care of this yourself.
From experience, the consumption varies greatly, we can not plan.
The MMWC does not have an attached hand wash basin.
Our tip: Bring disinfectant spray with you!
Like all mobile toilets, the MMWC can also be locked from the inside and set to "occupied".
You are also welcomed to bring your own padlock. However, this must be removed before departure.
