Arrival by car:
It is possible to arrive by car - a parking space is reserved in the adjacent parking lot when booking the Access Pass. The Access Pass is free of charge and available at Wacken Ticketcenter from Friday, April 24, 2026, 10:00 AM (CET). A binding arrival day must be specified when booking. An Access Pass is required per vehicle, not per person. A car with two people gets one campsite. Luggage can be transported on foot or with a handcart.
Arrival car-free:
Visitors arriving by the free W:O:A shuttle bus, bicycle, motorcycle or on foot are also welcome at Camping Only. Arrive, choose your campsite and start camping. No Access Pass required.
Even with a last-minute arrival on Wednesday, a campsite close to the festival site will still be available.
