Greenwacken 2023

Dear Metalheads,

in order to be able to party at the Holy Ground in the future, we hope for your help again. Please leave your camping areas tidy when you leave. This is more difficult than ever this year - we are aware of this. Please do not drop trash on the areas, but dispose of it directly. Once they fall in the mud, it becomes nearly impossible for our cleanup crews to remove any trash from our areas.

You can either dispose of full trash bags in our orange dumpsters or drop them off at our Trash Mobiles. Our colleagues at the Trash Mobiles will also be happy to give you new trash bags.

Instagram competition

You leave your campsite clean? Great! Take a photo of your tidy camping area right before you leave and share the photo publicly on Instagram with the hashtag #greenwacken2023. The deadline is August 08, 2023 at 11:59 pm. Afterwards, we will draw the winners from all participants and notify them via DM.

The prizes this year are as follows:

1 x tent in Residence Evil 2024 for max. 2 persons including festival visit
1 x plot in farmer Uwe's garden including festival visit
5 x merchandise vouchers worth 100€ each for www.metalmerch.com
5 x merchandise packages with a recycled t-shirt made from former t-shirts and a recycled bag made from tent fabric collected in 2023
