Scorpions will rock for Doro

Klaus Meine and Rudolf Schenker come to the dome

Duesseldorf (December 4, 2008) - The big rock festival for the 25th stage anniversary of Doro Pesch on December 13 in the ISS Dome got another giant attraction: The Scorpions come to Duesseldorf in honour of the one and only rock lady of the world.

Two phone calls were enough to make it: Scorpions founder Rudolf Schenker and singer Klaus Meine are on stage as special guests together with Doro on December 13 in order to perform two of her biggest and most well-known world hits.

Which songs are concerned is as well a secret as the location where the final rehearsal for the eagerly awaited Doro event will take place.

But it´s a fact that Doro is totally looking forward to the event and to the marvellous guests. “The Scorpions are one of the biggest and most successful rock bands, that the world has ever seen. I have been close friends with Rudolf Schenker and Klaus Meine for a really long time. Amongst others, we played the legendary “Monsters Of Rock”-Festivals in England and Germany together in 1986. I´m really looking forward to these guys.”

Those fans who don´t want to miss the rock festival in the ISS Dome with Doro, the Scorpions and many other stars, should get tickets for a price of 48,40 Euro (incl. pre-sale fee) at at every established pre-sale shop, in the ISS Dome or in the internet (, ) as fast as possible.
