The Wackinger Village 2012 - The Big Middle-Age Event at Wacken!

After the last year success of the medieval event The Wackinger at the W:O:A, there will be again about 240 vikings, knights and role players "raiding" the Wacken Open Air.

A fenced area of 2HA looking like a big army camp will be build for THE WACKINGER.

A Viking Village and a role player and army camp are going to be the home for 4 days for about 240 active participants which will present fans of medieval spirit different highlights like viking combats and knight battles, staged fights, weapon shows a spectacular fire show of Domus Draconis and music.

In daily game actions from a Bruchenball Tournament until the classical Scottish Highland Games every Wacken Fan has the chance to be a part of this!

Furthermore there will be a big Merchant Area and a contemporary gastronomical offering.

The organizer of Wacken Open Air changed the standards with their Wackinger offer. They present every Wacken fan a medieval event which is unique at the world’s Metal Festivals!
