W:O:A 2023: Registration of arrival and departure for bus tour operators

Also this year we would like to ask everyone who is traveling to and from W:O:A 2023 with their own coach (more than 15 seats) to register each bus on our bus portal www.bustool.wacken.com before arrival. All arriving busses are automatically directed to the bus station in Wacken by the stewards. This is the only place where guests are allowed to get on and off.

You can book 30-minute time slots for arrival and departure on the bus portal. Please note that the specification of the departure period on Sunday is binding. If a departure time slot on Sunday is occupied in the bus portal, you must switch to another available time slot.

Buses that come to Wacken unannounced will be assigned a time slot for departure that is still available at the bus station upon arrival.

Please register your buses by 11:59 p.m. on July 28, 2023!
The bus portal requires the following information:
- times for arrival and departure
- Departure point including intermediate stops
- Name and mobile number of bus driver or tour guide
