Please confirm the following points in order to proceed with the booking for the Wheels of Steel 2026 Area:

1) The “Wheels of Steel Area” is a special accessible camping area for people with disabilities or comparable impairments. Appropriate proof may be provided by presenting a severely disabled person’s ID card (Schwerbehindertenausweis) with the markings B, G, aG, H, Bl, TBl, or Gl. Alternatively, internationally recognized disability ID cards (e.g., Nimbus Card) or official documentation from the home country in German or English (otherwise with a translation), such as the EU Blue Parking Permit, are accepted. Medical certificates or doctor’s statements confirming (temporary) impairments comparable in type and severity to those verified by a severely disabled person’s ID card are also accepted, provided they are accompanied by a valid photo ID. The proof must be provided by the user and entitles the user and their accompanying persons to use the “Wheels of Steel Area.”
 

2) The documentation mentioned in section 1) must be kept available by the user and will be checked on site by staff. If appropriate proof of a disability or comparable impairment cannot be provided, the right to use the allocated area will be revoked. Furthermore, failure to provide the required proof will result in withdrawal of access authorization to Wacken Open Air 2026. This applies to both the user and their accompanying persons.
