Important information for daily visitors / commuters – please use public transportation to get to Wacken!

Dear Metalheads,
if you aren’t camping at the festival area but rather use to commute, please use the available public transport system to get to Wacken. Due to the rainfalls we can’t use the daily parking spots as usual.
Further there are also no parking lots for visitors who do not own a valid ticket and only want to visit the village Wacken.
Take our shuttle from Itzehoe to get to the festival and back in a relaxed way! You can reach Itzehoe by train or you can park your car at the Park and Ride car park at the train station. The festival shuttle departs at the train station, too. Our colleagues on site are already ready to welcome you there.
