Statement: reservation of the Metal Mobile toilets

After we got a lot of feedback we would like to inform you about the reservation procedure.

Last year all 150 Mobile toilets have been sold out after 4 hours. Thereupon we got diverse requests and asking to announce the period for reservation earlier - also to divide the period in two periods to give more people the possibility to reserve an own toilet. We complied with your request and separated the period in two.

This time the toilets were assigned after only 2-4 minutes in both periods. The run on the toilets was way higher than last year. Some people couldn’t open the reservation file because 75 protocols were already opened. Exact the number of available toilets.

We can’t comply the request for more than 150 Mobile toilets. It’s already a challenge with this amount of toilets and we can’t handle more. Don’t forget: we are on an acre field. Among other things also the security aspects play a major role. The toilet trucks needs to find a way through arrival-traffic, metalheads and tents. With a higher amount of toilets there would be too many extra trucks on the field. Also emergency- and brand routes need to be kept free. With a higher number of trucks and unloading we can’t safeguard that. Not to mention the ground damage, which heavy trucks will cause. These are also reasons why private renting and leasing of toilets aren´t possible

Yet we are working on a fair solution for everyone for next year. We thought about a period, in which everyone can apply for mobile toilets. After this time segment we would draw by algorithm-chance the 150 mobile toilets among the reservations. We think with this way we can make sure to have a fair solution for everyone after the rise of interest in the mobile toilets.
