Superstruct Enters into a Partnership with International Concert Service
WACKEN / LONDON – AUGUST 17th 2019: Superstruct Entertainment (Superstruct) has entered into a partnership and investment agreement with International Concert Service GmbH (ICS), a preeminent German full service producer and promoter of live entertainment events. The agreement remains subject to approval from competition authorities.
ICS’s flagship event is Wacken Open Air (W:O:A), the world-famous heavy metal music festival held every summer over three days in Wacken (Germany). For many years, it attracts over 70,000 heavy metal fans from all over the world to experience around 200 international bands performing across nine stages. Besides W:O:A, ICS also produces and promotes ancillary events such as the Hamburg Metal Dayz, the Wacken Winter Nights, and the Werner Race - an exciting, multi-day event that successfully combines motorsport and live music.
Holger Hübner and Thomas Jensen (founders and co-CEOs of ICS) are delighted with the partnership and declared: “Joining the Superstruct network is terrific news for our team and our fans.
