"Festival like a rock star" in the Residenz Evil!
Welcome to the Residenz Evil, your own private backstage area at the Wacken Open Air. Here you can experience the comfort that only the artists are allowed to enjoy in our legendary Artist Village, complete with fast lane, hospitality, lounge area, first-class sanitary facilities, and private accommodation with power supply for up to four people! And of course, the whole thing is accessible.
Residenz Evil is currently sold out for 2022.
What is the Residenz Evil?
No question, our legendary campground belongs to the Wacken Open Air like the Atom Brain to the Creature. But having your own bed and other amenities at a festival is something else. To make you feel a little bit like the musicians on the stages of the W:O:A, we are opening the Residenz Evil near our newly acquired forest area, in direct proximity to the festival grounds and with an exclusive car park nearby!
Whether it's fixed accommodation or Residenz Evil plots for self-campers - the amenities of the Residenz Evil are open to all guests. Like the lounge area with exclusive bar for the after-show party, the own hospitality that takes care of all your concerns and wishes at the reception, the premium sanitary area to cool down after a hot gig.
In addition, residents of the Evil Residence can look forward to various little surprises, which we will of course not divulge here. Otherwise they wouldn't be surprises any more. Residenz Evil will be open from Tuesday, 02.08.2022, from 12:00 to Sunday, 07.08.2022, 12:00.

Metalheads with handicaps will also be taken care of, the Hells Bell (in all sizes) is of course barrier-free, special sanitary facilities will also be provided. Please contact residenz-evil@wacken.com with your Metaltix order number so that we can provide you with the best possible service.
Important note: Unfortunately, the trails cannot be paved all the way through, so we will reserve accommodation with the shortest routes for you.
You will check in at our reception desk, which is open extra long for your questions and requests. In the lounge area, which has been specially set up for guests of the Residence Evil, you will not only find your own bar (drinks are exclusive). You can freshen up in the sanitary area with showers and flushed toilets, which is exclusively accessible for the guests of the Residence Evil. In addition, the entire Residence Evil is supplied with electricit
The stages are only 1000 m away with our Fast Lane! Parking is available near the Evil Residence, parking is included for one vehicle per accommodation.
The prices are valid for five nights, check-in is possible from Tuesday, 02.08.2022, from 12:00 noon. You must check out by 12:00 noon on Sunday, 07.08.2022.
A booking is only possible in combination with a regular festival ticket! Furthermore, we will charge you a deposit of 150 Euros at a later date, but before using the service.&nb
