I want to sell a ticket

Log in to the ticketcenter with your Wacken.ID. Under "My Tickets" you can then decide for each ticket individually whether you want to offer it.

If there is a match, the selected ticket will immediately be blocked in favor of the person interested in buying it. The person will then be asked to transfer the original price and a handling fee to us.

As soon as the money is credited to our account, we will transfer the original ticket price to your account without any deduction and remove the ticket from your account.

I want to buy a ticket

Register in the ticketcenter with a Wacken.ID or create a new one - both can be done directly in the ticket center. Under "Ticket Market" you can then place a request.

If we find a ticket for you, you only pay the original price of the ticket and a handling fee. You make the payment to us, we then transfer the ticket price to the seller and assign the ticket to you at the same time. The process is therefore always anonymous and secure for you.

Fraud is impossible, because only tickets that are registered with us can be sold and these are immediately reserved for you as soon as there is a match.
